What if I need general web/domain help or advice?

This is the favoured method of communication as it is quick, detailed and we can ensure we have the right answer for you before replying. If you do require support please email support@maxd.co.uk or complete our contact form.
Telephone support
We offer limited telephone support during normal office hours via. the number on our contact page. We would, however, prefer you to e-mail your technical problems to support@maxd.co.uk so we have a chance to check the solution to your problem before contacting you. For our monthly maintenance customers you are able to contact us on an emergency mobile number out of office hours.
What if I need general web/domain help or advice?
We are always pleased to be able to give help or advice on any general web/domain enquiry that you may have, preferably by email on support@maxd.co.uk but if not give us a ring. We will be as helpful as we can and if we don't know the answer we'll do our best to find out the right information and get back to you.
